Advantages of using our telephone advice service
Our telephone advice service provides the facility for anyone to call the service and obtain confidential legal advice from a solicitor directly. This means that you do not need to book an appointment to speak to a solicitor and you dont need to travel to a solicitors office. You just simply pick up the phone and speak to a solicitor immediately. There is no middleman, no secretary or receptionist that will put you on hold or forward your call to a solicitor. This will ensure that you do not lose valuable time and money, but instead are put at ease from your first point of call. So you can ring from the comfort of your home or even from your mobile whilst on vacation, visiting friends or family or even when out shopping.
The advice line is open 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 8AM-MIDNIGHT. The advantage of this is that you can speak to a solicitor out of hours throughout the week and weekend, thereby giving you the choice to call at your convenience, either first thing in the morning before going to work, or during the day or even in the evening or weekend after you have come home from work, or put the children to sleep. We also find that in most cases our clients need advice and assistance as soon as they encounter a problem and this tends to happen either in the evening or weekend when your local solicitors practice is unavailable.
