We are not a call centre. We do not put you on hold. Every call is answererd by a solicitor personally.

We may not be able to solve your problem but we will assist you to analyse it and provide you with a direction towards solving it. That may mean putting you in touch with a firm of solicitors in your area or an organisation specialising in your type of problem who can assist. What we promise is that we wOur solicitors will help you with your problem in everyway they can to provide you with a solution. We may not be able to solve your ill do our best to guide you towards that solution.



                                   ADVANTAGES OF USING OUR TELEPHONE ADVICE SERVICE 

Our telephone advice service provides the facility for anyone to call the service and obtain confidential legal advice from a solicitor directly. This means that you do not need to book an appointment to speak to a solicitor and you dont need to travel to a solicitors office you just simply pick up the phone and speak to a solicitor immediately. There is no middleman, no secretary or receptionist that will put you on hold or forward your call to a solicitor.This will ensure that you do not lose valuable time and money, but instead are put at ease from your first point of call. So you can ring from the comfort of your home or even from your mobile whilst on vacation, visiting friends or family or even when out shopping.

The advice line is open 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 8AM-MIDNIGHT. The advantage of this is that you can speak to a solicitor out of hours throughout the week and weekend, thereby giving you the choice to call at your conveniance, either first thing in the morning before going to work, or during the day or even in the evening or weekend after you have come home from work, or put the children to sleep. We also find that in most cases our clients need advice and assistance as soon as they encounter a problem and this tends to happen either in the evening or weekend when your local solicitors practice is unavailable.

With our service there are no hidden charges.The advice is simply paid for through the cost of the telephone call( charged at £1.50 BENEFIT FRAUDper minute), maximum call time is 20minutes. This will help you to control the amount you spend. So if you feel can not afford to continue with the call you can terminate the call as and when you please. 

There are no limits to the number of calls you can make. In essence, this means for a maximum of £30 you can have the benefit of a discussion with our solicitors to talk through the problem/issue, by the end of which you should have some indication of how to deal with the problem, options as to how to proceed, likely outcomes/costs etc and thereby  guidance as to how to progress with the matter in hand.
 

TIME AND COST EFFECTIVE: There are no other charges, just the £1.50 per minute of which you have total control. This service is therefore immediate (no waiting or travelling), convenient (call from anywhere as long as you are not driving), cheaper( you dont need to pay £200 per hour) than dealing with  a solicitors practice.
